1. Opening Hours

Bao Ngon is here to serve you from Tuesday to Sunday, 9 AM-7 PM for delivery and collection.

2. Ordering

Place your order through our website at baongon.com.au or contact us directly at baongon.CATERING@GMAIL.COM. Please allow us some time to respond with a confirmation.

A minimum order of $250 is required for our selection of cold platters.

Buffet/Grazing and Styling Setup, starting at a $1,000 minimum spend plus a $350 handling fee.

Please give us 14-days notice. For full event catering and styling services, we recommend at least a 28-day notice to ensure availability. All menu choices should be finalised two weeks before your event.

3. Deposit/Payments

To confirm your order, we require:

  • Full payment for family boxes/platters.
  • A 30% deposit for all catering orders.
  • A 30% deposit for all grazing table setups and styling.

Final payments are due 1 WEEK before the event or can be made in CASH upon delivery/pick-up.

4. Product Availability/Pricing/Allergies

We reserve the right to decline orders due to unavailable dates or products.

Prices are subject to change based on seasonal availability. Deposits lock in your current pricing.

Important Allergy Advisory

Please be aware: Our kitchen is not an allergen-free environment. Consequently, our dishes may contain traces of allergens such as nuts, seeds, eggs, soy, seafood, and dairy. We kindly ask you to inform us about any allergies or dietary restrictions well before your order is prepared. Upon request, we can identify dishes that commonly contain specific allergens; however, we must caution against the possibility of cross-contamination. For safety, individuals with food allergies are advised to consider the risks before consuming our products.

5. Food Delivery/Consumption

Delivery fees apply and vary by location. Let us know if delivery involves stairs.

Please consume delivered food within 2 hours (1 hour if unrefrigerated). Beyond this, we cannot guarantee freshness.

6. Order Cancellations/Postponements

For cancellations or changes, email us at BAONGON.CATERING@GMAIL.COM. Full refunds are available for cancellations made 30 days prior, 20% cancellation fee or 100% store credit for 2 weeks' notice, and no refund for less than 7 days' notice. Store credits are valid for 6 months.
